Over 20+ years in presentation and UX design — including an accessibility specialization since 2019 — she's spoken at dozens of conferences, co-founded the Presentation Guild, and built a career on making dense standards like WCAG feel less like a legal document and more like common sense. She's the creator of the SCHIT framework (Sight, Cognition, Hearing, Interaction, Technology), a plain-language way to organize accessibility criteria, and is currently building out a physical card-deck product and companion book based on it. Stephy is also developing a TED-style talk on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and late-diagnosed neurodivergence in women — bringing the same blend of technical expertise and personal candor to a topic most professional circuits haven't touched yet.
