Joe Mullins of Augusta was raised in Evans, Georgia, where early involvement in athletics, theater, and leadership programs such as FBLA, Jr. Achievement, and 4H shaped his discipline and communication skills. He earned a BBA in Business Management from the University of Georgia and later studied at UCLA under Hollywood agent Henry Holmes.
