Ayant débuté ma carrière en tant que testeur, développeur puis architecte logiciel, j'ai découvert l'eXtreme Programming que j'ai commencé à appliquer dès ma première expérience en tant que chef de projet. Puis je suis devenu Product Owner et surtout Scrum Master. Formateur sur l'agilité depuis plus de 10 ans, j'interviens en tant que Coach Agile pour accompagner les individus, les équipes et les organisations.
