I’m passionate about technology since childhood, from consumer electronics to enterprise hardware/software and everything in between.

Following this passion, I pursued an education focused on scientific and technical fields, becoming an IT Engineer at the end of my academic career.
I often spend my free time trying to learn something new and be up to date on the topics in my interest, allowing me to maintain and develop my skillset.

Thanks to study and international experiences with customers and employers (in USA, Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, etc..) and mentors, I’ve developed a transversal knowledge that involves both the elements of an architecture and how to exploit it in order to give to the business the value that needs.

My strong suite is architecting data solutions, from relational DBs to AI applications: I like to know my tech stack from top to bottom, you can't ignore the hardware in the same way you can't ignore the business requirements.

On the job I usually find myself being the go-to guy that both senior and junior employees approach to tackle particularly tricky issues or asking for advice
I appreciate whenever this happens as I’m stimulated by new problems to solve and I enjoy sharing my knowledge to empower others

Bevan Williams

Bevan Williams works on why strategy fails. Not the strategy itself, but the governance structures, decision rights and delivery systems underneath it that can't flex when conditions change.

He started as a software engineer in 2009 building banking platforms in regulated environments, and has since led mobile product across three regions and eight time zones, headed a national consulting team advising executives across finance, insurance, government, mining and retail, and spent the last four years inside a JSE-listed financial services group architecting an enterprise interaction model spanning 13 portfolios and more than 200 teams. When the group restructured from centralised to federated in 2025, that foundation held, with measurable throughput improvement inside two quarters.

He is co-founder of Agile Training Alliance and has spoken at conferences across South Africa, the United States, Austria and India, including Agile2019, Agile2021, and Global Scrum Gatherings in Vienna and Denver.

Roberto Grifalconi

I have a software background: I’ve worked in several companies and co-founded a start-up. For over 10 years, I worked as a Product Owner, partnering closely with teams and stakeholders to turn complex needs into sustainable solutions—balancing technical constraints, user experience, and business goals.

Over time, my focus shifted from “what we build” to “how we work together”. Very often, the real bottleneck isn’t strategy, but conversations, priorities, dependencies, and decision quality. Today I support individuals, teams, and organisations as an ICF coach, facilitator, and trainer. My approach is practical and non-judgemental: I help make visible what often remains implicit (flows, friction, decisions, responsibilities) and turn it into achievable, sustainable steps.

My work typically falls into three areas:

* Conversations that make a difference**: feedback and difficult conversations, with a focus on emotional intelligence at work, to improve collaboration, psychological safety, and shared accountability.
* People, behaviours, and organisational risk**: noticing weak signals in the organisation and exploring how leadership, delegation, and transparency affect prevention, reputation, and retention.
* Organisations that can navigate complexity**: building continuity between decisions and action, clarifying priorities, and making work flows clearer and more sustainable—using continuous improvement and transparency to look ahead and learn from experience.

When it helps, I also run facilitated workshops (e.g., LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Event Storming) to build shared understanding and turn it into concrete choices. My goal is to help people and organisations pursue ambitious outcomes without jargon—through clarity, respect for company culture, and a sustainable pace of improvement.
