Ahora os preguntaréis cómo he llegado a este punto, os lo detallo a continuación liderando proyectos en sectores tecnológicos, servicios, e-comerce, transformación digital entre otras interactuando activamente con los usuarios en la gestión, definición y adaptando continuamente el proyecto a conseguir el mayor valor para el cliente durante 25 años esto me abrió los ojos para entrar activamente como firme creyente en el mundo de la agilidad que resumiendo sería personas por encima de procesos al fin y al cabo son las personas las que hacen que un proyecto salga adelante.
Actitud proactiva, empatía con las personas, foco en el objetivo, colaboración activa en el trabajo son algunos valores que potencio activamente en mis formaciones y mentorías en mi trabajo con organizaciones con las que colaboro, empresas públicas privadas universidades o escuelas de negocio.

Con todas estas vivencias y aprendizajes decidí, hace más de una década, dar un vuelco a mi vida y dedicarme activamente al mundo ágil como activista en su difusión en conferencias en las que participa habitualmente.

Amanda Obidike is an accomplished non-profit leader and Data Scientist with 11 years experience in directing social enterprises, start-ups and complex organizations in Africa, Europe and MENA Nations. Andrew Bolster is a technologist, an award winning researcher, community leader, and an occasional public speaker.
As Head of Data Science at WhiteHat Security, he uses advanced data mining and machine learning techniques to provide adaptive cybersecurity for global brands at scale, and is building a community of practice around Data Science in Belfast.
