Ma formation de coach nourrit une pratique rigoureuse, éthique et centrée sur la qualité de la relation, tout en laissant une large place à la créativité et à l’expérimentation.

Après plus de vingt ans en tant que manager d'équipe et d'accompagnement des transformation dans l'industrie, j’ai choisi de mettre cette expérience au service de l’intelligence collective. Je connais les réalités du terrain, les enjeux humains et les besoins concrets des équipes. Cela me permet de concevoir des ateliers à la fois inspirants et opérationnels, où l’on apprend en vivant et en jouant plutôt qu’en restant dans la théorie.

J’explore particulièrement les approches narratives et ludiques comme leviers de transformation. J’ai co‑créé "Les Aventuriers de la Draille", présenté à LudiNord Pro 2025, qui aide les équipes à questionner leurs modes de fonctionnement, renforcer la coopération et développer de nouvelles façons de penser et de décider ensemble. Mon dernier atelier sur les chapeaux de Bono sera aussi présenté à LudinordPro 2026. Je suis aussi créateur de jeux d'édition présentés au "off" du FIJ à Cannes en février 2026.

Aujourd’hui, j’accompagne dirigeants et collectifs à clarifier leurs enjeux, fluidifier leurs interactions et prendre des décisions plus éclairées, tout en cultivant des dynamiques de travail plus créatives et plus sereines.
