I am an Enterprise Solution Architect and technology leader specializing in AI-driven cloud architectures, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure serverless platforms, and enterprise data modernization. I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and low-code engineering, helping organizations design scalable, autonomous cloud operations grounded in strong data foundations.

With more than 15 years of experience working with organizations across many industries, including Fortune 500 companies, I have led large-scale digital transformation programs that modernize legacy platforms into event-driven, serverless, AI-ready ecosystems. My work focuses on building intelligent operational architectures that combine Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse with AI agents to enable self-healing workflows, predictive insights, and real-time decision automation. I delivered end-to-end solutions where Dynamics 365 drives core business process automation, Power Platform enables rapid low-code development and citizen-led innovation, and Microsoft Fabric unifies data engineering, analytics, and AI workloads into a single governed platform.

I am a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), Fellow of IETE (FIETE), Senior Member of IEEE (SMIEEE), and Distinguished Fellow of the Soft Computing Research Society. I serve as a technical program committee member, reviewer, and keynote speaker at international conferences, contributing research and thought leadership in AI governance, data architecture, and low-code engineering at scale. I am also a Lead Enterprise Data Architect at Cytel, where I apply this expertise to drive measurable business outcomes across complex enterprise environments.

Beyond enterprise architecture, Milan actively mentors engineers and citizen developers, having guided many professionals in building governed, production-grade automation solutions. My work bridges academic research and industry execution, translating complex AI and cloud engineering concepts into practical, repeatable enterprise patterns.

Shelly Thomas

Shelly Thomas

Shelly Thomas is a licensed Professional Engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer (pending), and founder of Building Beta Executive Coaching, where she helps C-suite leaders navigate AI transformation without losing their authority in the room.

Her professional foundation spans 20+ years across oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial distribution, and engineering. She managed Fortune 500 client relationships at Morton Salt's Industrial Division, directed a $550 million global eCommerce operation at Chart Industries, and has designed training programs for complex enterprise deployments including Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents, and Oracle.

Her coaching philosophy, you cannot automate what you cannot explain, shapes every training program she designs. She builds Microsoft 365 Copilot curriculum that meets executives where they actually are: time-starved, skeptical, and accountable for outcomes their boards can measure.

Shelly serves on the UAA College of Engineering Advisory Board, co-chairs Alaska's Women in Engineering Advisory Board across UAA and UAF, and hosts the Breaking Frozen Ground podcast focused on Alaska's engineering community. She currently holds dual roles as Senior Project Manager at Resource Data and founder of Building Beta Executive Coaching.

She is based in Alaska, and yes, she genuinely loves it there.

Robert Johnson

Robert Johnson

Some leaders command a room. Robert H. Johnson Jr. changes what happens when people leave it.

A Culture and Leadership Strategist, TEDx speaker, and Amazon #1 bestselling author, Robert spent 20+ years inside Fortune 100 organizations — Amazon, Nike, Capital One, Lucid Motors — studying one persistent question: Why do talented people disengage, disconnect, and disappear?

His answer became a movement. The TACT® Leadership Framework — Trust, Accountability, Communication with Intent, Take Action — is an independently validated model deployed across 500+ leaders and 73,000+ employees.

His Three C’s of Community™ framework gives organizations the language and the ledger to quantify what disconnected leadership is actually costing them.

In 2020, Robert made a defining choice — he walked away from corporate America and became The Corporate Dropout: a strategist, speaker, and author committed to building what most organizations aspire to but few achieve: cultures where people feel genuinely safe, seen, heard, and valued.

His work blends the rigor of research, the resonance of lived experience, and the rare ability to make leaders feel both challenged and cared for — often in the same sentence.

Hey, I’m Shivam a theoretical physicist who somehow ended up deep in the world of tech, startups, and cloud-native systems. I co-organize CNCF Kolkata and Grafana and Friends Kolkata, and I’m also part of the CNCF TAG for Developer Experience, where I contribute to improving how developers build and ship software.

I’ve always been obsessed with what’s happening under the hood from low-level systems and kernel-level programming to how distributed infra runs at scale. I absolutely love working with Rust and Go, and you’ll usually find me tinkering with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and open-source tools. That’s my happy place.

I am part of a company that’s currently incubated at T-Hub Hyderabad, and we’ve been fortunate to be supported by the Department of Science and Technology (Delhi), AWS Startups, the NVIDIA Inception Program, and we’re also proud to be Meta Business Partners for our product wisemelon.ai, which is helping businesses rethink how they use AI bots.

More than anything, I care about showing young engineers especially students just entering college what real-world engineering actually looks like. There’s so much more than just writing code on a laptop. Systems, scale, and building things that people actually use that’s where the fun begins.

I’ve spent 15+ years building data and AI systems—and what keeps me motivated is simple: turning ambitious ideas into dependable, production-ready capabilities that teams can trust.

Today, I’m a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 at 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗡𝗼𝘄, leading AI platform innovations across Machine Learning, Generative AI, and data engineering. I enjoy the end-to-end work: aligning to business outcomes, designing the architecture, and partnering with teams to ship high-quality solutions. I’ve worked across Fortune 500 enterprises and global startups, and I’ve learned one pattern repeatedly—AI doesn’t scale because of a great model; it scales because the system around it is designed and operated well.

That belief is what led me to write my published book, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮—a practical playbook on building strong data foundations, responsible AI governance, and leadership habits that make AI durable, not fragile.

I was recognized among 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗔𝗜𝗠 𝟰𝟬 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝟰𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 (𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱), and I’ve helped deliver scalable AI frameworks across BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing. Mentorship is also important to me—I support communities such as WEHUB and women-in-tech networks, and I write and speak about ethical AI and inclusive team building.

I’m a 𝗗𝗘𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 because inclusion isn’t a statement—it’s a daily leadership practice. I care about building teams where people feel safe to contribute, grow, and lead.
