As Head of Operations at Dojo Coding, a Costa Rican company that combines software factory, education, community and events to train LATAM's next generation of developers, she designed the company's internal operating system: the processes, metrics and AI agents that hold up a bootstrapped startup running on a small team with a whole region to serve.
