Thomas Scott (Tom) is the CEO and Founder of CyberSherpas, a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) cybersecurity consulting firm. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the South Carolina Cybersecurity Association and Foundation. As the inaugural Director of the SC Cyber Consortium, he has been a key leader in the cyber education, cyber workforce development, and cyber protection efforts in both South Carolina and across the Nation.
With over 30 years of cybersecurity experience in both Florida and South Carolina, Tom has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in protecting critical infrastructure and cyber assets. He currently holds certifications in information security, information auditing, security leadership, critical infrastructure protection, and project management – he is also recognized a FEMA Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) Practitioner.
Tom is a member of the FBI’s InfraGard program and serves as an advisory board member for the Dutch Fork High School Cyber program. Ben Dumke is the Senior Network & Systems Manager at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, where he leads the Operations Team supporting faculty, staff, and students. Prior to transitioning to higher education, Ben spent more than 20 years in K–12 IT, managing Microsoft technologies, infrastructure, and district-wide systems while navigating the evolving cybersecurity landscape in schools.
He has contributed to national K–12 cybersecurity initiatives through his work with K12SIX, helping develop their Incident Response Runbook and Essential Cybersecurity Protections guidance. Ben serves on the boards of WiscNet and AITP - Wisconsin, and volunteers as an Incident Response Lead with the Wisconsin Cyber Response Team. Felix Jahn studiert Architektur im Master an der Technischen Universität München und arbeitet dort am Lehrstuhl für Design und Transdiziplinarität in der Lehre. Außerdem ist er Future Scout Fellow des Stifterverbandes und der Reinhard Frank-Stiftung und unterstützt die Digital Change Maker-Initiative des HFD.

Back in the olden days, before that thing we call Y2K, I was a pilot, but then I accidentally became a programmer. And now I'm a data monkey. Nearly all of my career has been spent working in Background Screening, Healthcare, Insurance, Government or Military, where cybersecurity has played a fairly heavy role. I've learned quite a bit about quite a lot, and my interest has been piqued in more topics than I can ever hope to master.

On the current step of my adventure, I find myself on the path as a DBA for the U.S. Army.
