Ronny Hendriks

Ronny Hendriks

Ronny is an Accessibility Expert and owner at Accessible Online, where he's leading accessibility strategy, assessments, and training for organisations across Europe. With over 20 years in the field, he's seen every way accessibility can succeed and fail.
His stance? Accessibility stalls because organisations treat it as nice-to-have advocacy rather than non-negotiable governance. His talks focus on what actually creates lasting change, from mandate and ownership structures to embedding accessibility across design, development, and content teams.

Ronny works across sectors including government, e-commerce, financial services, and telecoms. He's helps organisations navigate the European Accessibility Act, build accessibility maturity programmes, and move beyond audit-driven compliance toward sustainable practices.
He brings both technical depth in WCAG, EN 301 549, and assistive technology testing, along with a wealth of practical experience in organisational transformation. As someone living with hidden disabilities including chronic pain, hearing loss, and ADD, he understands accessibility from multiple angles.

His sessions are practical, honest, and focused on giving attendees something they can put into practice that same day.

Speaking topics: European Accessibility Act readiness, accessibility governance and maturity, accessibility legislation, user research, shifting left in the SDLC, Taking WCAG beyond checklists, building accessibility capability in teams.

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri is a finance attorney based in the United States who focuses his practice on private credit and direct lending matters. He currently serves in a global leadership capacity at his law firm, advising clients on domestic and cross-border finance transactions, restructurings, and special situations. His work reflects a steady, measured approach, centered on clear communication, careful analysis, and an understanding of how legal decisions affect broader business objectives in complex, often time-sensitive financial matters.

Gabriel has developed broad experience across a wide range of financing structures, including senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt, as well as unitranche and multi-lien arrangements. His practice also includes cash flow lending, asset-based facilities, subscription lines, distressed debt, debtor-in-possession financings, and real estate-related structures. This breadth allows him to assist lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in both routine transactions and more complex financings that require disciplined judgment and close attention to market terms.

Gabriel dedicates a significant portion of his work to expanding and strengthening a global private credit and direct lending platform. He regularly advises on intercreditor negotiations, subordination arrangements, and restructuring matters that require practical solutions rather than abstract theory. His approach is grounded in understanding client priorities and risk tolerance, allowing him to help structure outcomes that are commercially realistic while remaining legally sound in challenging and evolving market conditions.

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri brings an international perspective shaped by years of living and working across major financial centers worldwide. He is admitted to practice law in the United States and England and Wales, enabling him to advise on transactions governed by different legal systems. This dual qualification supports his work on cross-border financings and multi-jurisdictional structures, helping clients manage complexity while maintaining consistency and efficiency across jurisdictions.

Gabriel began his legal career with training at an international law firm, where he worked across several offices and developed a strong foundation in banking and finance. He later joined another global firm as an associate, where he gained deeper exposure to private credit transactions and secured his first significant client in that space during his mid-level years. He then moved to another firm to further build his private credit practice and technical expertise.

Gabriel later accepted an opportunity to establish a private credit and cross-border finance practice at a national firm, while also serving as managing partner of its New York office. During his leadership tenure, the office experienced substantial growth in personnel and operations, eventually requiring expansion into additional space. He was actively involved in planning and development efforts, reflecting his belief that strong legal practices depend on thoughtful leadership and sustainable growth.

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri holds an academic background that combines economics, political science, and law, reflecting an early interest in the interaction between financial markets and legal systems. This education supports his ability to assess transactions from both legal and economic perspectives, particularly in matters involving layered capital structures or competing stakeholder interests. His training enables him to engage thoughtfully with complex issues and provide guidance that is grounded and well-reasoned.

Gabriel is also committed to contributing beyond his legal practice through philanthropy, volunteer service, and mentorship. He has served in governance and advisory roles for organizations focused on economic empowerment and has volunteered his legal skills in support of health-related initiatives. In addition, he mentors professionals and participates in knowledge-sharing efforts within the legal community, aiming to support responsible practice and long-term professional development.

Morgan Anthony Bourque

Morgan Anthony Bourque

Morgan Anthony Bourque grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, in a community that valued responsibility and practical solutions. Those early influences shaped his path as he earned a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University, where he also studied communication and speech. He went on to attend Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and then South Texas College of Law, where he developed a strong interest in courtroom work through Mock Trial and Moot Court, earning championships.

During law school, Morgan learned to explain complex issues in clear terms, think critically in challenging moments, and communicate effectively with juries. Before starting his own practice, he gained experience across different parts of the justice system. He interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice, Southern District of Texas, as well as the district attorney’s offices in Harris County and Montgomery County. These roles gave him an inside view of how investigations begin, how plea decisions are made, and how trial preparation unfolds behind the scenes. He treated each experience as practical training, studying how cases are built and how assumptions or errors can be challenged.

After returning to The Woodlands, he began practicing law with his father, whose long-standing experience helped shape the firm’s approach. Their practice covers criminal defense, DWI defense, family law, and personal injury matters involving serious injuries or wrongful death. He handles each case as if it may go to trial, which has contributed to securing more not guilty verdicts in criminal and DWI cases in Montgomery County since 2019 than any other attorney. In family and injury cases, he focuses on how evidence was gathered and how an event changed a person’s medical, financial, and social life.

His method with clients is structured and transparent. He begins by discussing the problem and the client’s goals, then develops a step-by-step plan that may include gathering documents, preparing witnesses, consulting experts, and establishing a timetable. He maintains consistent communication and avoids drama in court, relying on clarity and thorough preparation to ensure a smooth process. He also conducts practice sessions to help clients stay calm and confident when testifying.

Living and working in The Woodlands influences how he approaches every case, and clients have direct access to him throughout the process. He encourages anyone facing legal trouble to seek help early so that the evidence can be preserved and a strategy can be developed promptly. With a focus on preparation and steady communication, Morgan Anthony Bourque continues to guide clients toward informed decisions about their future.

Noa Schein Kahalon

Noa Schein Kahalon

Noa Schein Kahalon builds operations and growth systems for consultancies and legal firms that are too busy solving client problems to solve their own.

She's been on every side of this. Co-founded a VC-backed AI Compliance SaaS startup where she built ops, marketing, and product strategy from nothing. Spent a decade as a privacy lawyer and consultant handling the kind of incidents that make general counsels lose sleep. Nominated for PICCASO Privacy Awards and became a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).

Here's what that means: she knows what it's like to build a company. She knows what it's like to serve clients. And she knows the specific physics of trying to grow a professional services business while simultaneously delivering client work. How your own operations become the thing you never have time for.

Now she works with consultancies and legal firms as a fractional operator - building the infrastructure that lets you scale without hiring three more people or working weekends.
Operations frameworks. Growth systems. Client delivery processes. Organic marketing that works.
