Those early influences shaped his path as he earned a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University, where he also studied communication and speech. He went on to attend Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and then South Texas College of Law, where he developed a strong interest in courtroom work through Mock Trial and Moot Court, earning championships.
