I believe that we can create products and services that make the world a better place. And that we can learn and grow in the process of doing so. Our challenge is that we waste time and money and human energy on untested ideas that, too often, turn out to be something that the customer does not want. Or, if we have an idea that is really good, we get in our own way by not executing it well, by not being able to communicate, inspire, and empower our collaborators and stakeholders as we must in order to do the impossible: launch and grow good ideas that the world needs, fostering sustainable and ethical growth.

Je suis marié, avec 2 enfants (14 & 15 ans). J'apprécie particulièrement les voyages éloignés, mais aussi ceux au bout de la rue. Tant d'opportunités de rencontrer et d'apprendre !
Le mot que j'apprécie le moins : "Normal".
Un mot que je n'apprécie pas trop : "Bienveillance". Un principe que j'apprécie beaucoup : "Bienveillance".
Sinon, tombé dans Agile en 2009, je ne veux maintenant plus m'en sortir, que ce soit à la maison ou au boulot. Je tente de développer depuis un positionnement de facilitateur, de produit et d’équipe.

Je suis tombé dans la marmite Agile en 2018, après 17 ans de vie dans l'IT et la conception de produits.
D'abord Product Owner, puis Scrum Master. Aujourd’hui, j’accompagne les équipes dans leur découverte de l’Agilité.
Je me considère comme agnostique en matière d’Agilité. Pour moi les frameworks sont des outils utiles, à condition d’être bien compris et utilisés avec discernement.
Mon objectif est de rester fidèle au Manifeste Agile et à son esprit, tout en étant attentif aux impacts humains, organisationnels et environnementaux — notamment en promouvant un numérique responsable.
