I’m also a rather large, talkative South African who plays drums, wears horrendous Hawaiian shirts and has an affinity for engaging in as many social gatherings as humanly possible, because, well….I want to experience as much as possible and connect with as many different people as I can! I facilitate discussions on modern IT practices, using 25 years of IT experience to engage customers in solutions design with a focus on increased the value and decreased risk within collaboration investments. I am a former 3x MVP (Microsoft Teams and SharePoint), a PMP, a certified Microsoft practitioner, and a Washington DC area community leader.

Since 2010, my focus has been on public sector organizations including state, local, and Federal government, as well as education institutions. Today, I lead strategic and technical discussions at the Microsoft Innovation Hub (formerly know as the Microsoft Technology Center), helping connect strategic business and mission requirements with AI capabilities.

His main areas are Microsoft Azure, Enterprise scale architectures, Cloud Security, Governance, Hybrid and Migration.
Gregor is an active member of the global Microsoft community and regularly attends community conferences, runs his own Azure blog (www.reimling.eu) and the Cloud Inspires (www.cloudinspires.me) podcast. Johan Ludvig Brattås is a director at Deloitte, and a dedicated community guy. He has worked with MS SQL server since late 1999, mostly with BI in one form or another. Since 2015, most of his work has been in the cloud working on data platform services such as Snowflake, Databricks and Synapse.

Combining his passion for MS SQL Server with his passion for sharing knowledge, he started speaking at various events in the SQL Community. This is also a way to give back to the community for all the things he has learned over the years.
